What We Do.

We take in injured, sick and orphaned hedgehogs. Our veterinary clinic help and in return we help them by taking in hedgehogs taken to them by the public.  We also take in hedgehogs brought here by local people, or by contact made via business cards my designer brother designed and donated. Many hedgehogs simply require feeding and worming as they are underweight due to worms.
Some will require more.
The only time a hedgehog will be turned away is if we are full, but all will be done to find a carer who has room.
Sadly not all hedgehogs can be saved, but those that are restored to full health are released to the wild. Sometimes disability (blindness, 3 legs etc.) means a secure garden is where a spiky life will be lived.
All this is done at our own expense - food being the main, ongoing cost. Food donations are always very gratefully recieved.
